5 Essentials of Maximized Living

What does it take to be healthy? What does it take to have your body function normally? What does it take to have your body funtion at it highest potential? These are the questions that you should be asking about your health care.

The following list are the 5 Essentials of Maximized Health, they are all important and all must be properly taken care of.  I look at the Essentials like the tires on a car. You can have 3 great tires but if one of them is flat you are not going anywhere.  It is the same with health/ proper function, each essential must be working at 100% for you to have normal function= Health.

Essential # 5- Minimize Toxins
